Since becoming an actor and commercial model, I've performed television work for major networks and filmed in destinations around the world. After studying drama at the Jackie Palmer Stage School, I've gone on to enjoy a varied career, encompassing roles in shows such as Eastenders and Only Fools and Horses and appearing in ad campaigns for Gillette, Carlsberg and Sky.
Then there's the fitness work: I've always had a love of sports, since first playing football at semi-professional level. I'm currently running my own sports nutrition brand, Adrian James Nutrition, to help inspire, support and motivate people of all fitness levels. Amidst all the acting assignments, photo shoots and gym time, I also endeavour to blog weekly, tweet constantly and sleep excessively.
